Opaque Viscometers

Use for dark Newtonian liquids, especially suited for liquids so dark in color that the meniscus cannot be seen in a routine viscometer. Also use to study shearing stress and shearing rate. Require a 12-mL sample volume. Use to study the effects of various additives on lubricating and hydraulic oils.
